Congratulations to Lauren Jeong who won the Short and the Free Style programs, as well as the overall gold medal in her group B, Novice Ladies at the 2022 USFS Championship Series in Leesburg, Virginia from October 27 to October 30! Congratulations also to Katie Turcotte who won the overall bronze medal in her Junior Group A event at the same competition! FEFSC skaters did a great job at the USFS Championship Series, Norwood, MA from November 9 to November 13, 2021! It was the culmination of a difficult, but very successful season for all our members! Finer Edge FSC is now offering a late Winter LTS program, starting Friday, March 11-th and finishing May 6-th, 2022 - every Friday, except Easter weekend. Congratulations to Isabel Carney, who won silver medal and to Emma Blanchette who finished in sixth place at the Empire State Games in Lake Placid, NY, February 3-rd to February 6-th! Congratulations to Mason Borden for placing 2-nd in Novice Excel free skate, 2-nd in Novice short and 1-st in the Medium team event at the Liberty Flames Classic Collegiate event, February 12-13, in Virginia! - Congratulations to Talia Gallagher who skated a beautiful solo free ice dance program at her first collegiate competition this year, hosted by Boston University, and won a well deserved gold medal! Talia skated for UCONN skating team.
Congratulations to Rachel Cotrone on her debut at the 2022 Eastern Adult Sectional Figure Skating Championships in Havertown, PA in March. Congratulations to all skaters who passed their tests!
